Harry was born at Poplar River on June 6, 1957 and had resided there until the time of his passing. He leaves to cherish his beautiful wife Ida May; four daughters, Emerence (Percy), Lori, Sonya Bruce (Ezra) and Olivia Fontaine; four sons, Kevin (April), Norman (Melina), Greg Bittern and Delmer Berens (Roxanne) father John Charles; grandmother Esther Berens and 21 grandchildren; two sisters, Priscilla (Allison) and Judy (James). There are numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Emerence Daisey; grandfather John Berens; grandmother Sophia McDonald and grandfather Thomas Thompson McDonald. Wake services were held on Thursday, March 20 at 9:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. at Parr, Winnipeg. Wake services will be held on Friday, March 21, Saturday, March 22 and Sunday, March 23 at Poplar River, MB. Funeral service will be held Monday, March 24 at 2:00 p.m. at the Poplar River Pentecostal Church at Poplar River with Pastor Alex Hudson officiating.
