Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELIZABETH SUTHERLAND April 19, 1925 - March 20, 2003 It is with sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Elizabeth Sutherland (Pruden) of Winnipeg, formerly of Fairford, MB, on March 20, 2003, at the age of 77 years. Elizabeth leaves to cherish her memory, her daughters, Sarah Beardy, Clara Pruden, Nancy (Alvin) Winters and Margaret (Wayne) Olender; her sons, Alexander (Elsie) Pruden and William Yarenko; 17 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; her special granddaughter Cassandra Yarenko; special friends, Ray Begley, Hilda Giesbrecht and Lorne Thomas; as well as numerous other relatives. Elizabeth was predeceased by her parents, Phillip Pruden and Jane Mary Sabiston; her husband Jim Sutherland; her brothers, Thomas and Donald Pruden; a daughter in infancy; her nephew Thomas Pruden Jr.; and by her granddaughter Doris Pruden. Elizabeth enjoyed ceramics, knitting and crocheting. She will be remembered for the many blankets and sweaters she made for her family. A wake service will be held on Friday, March 21 at 6:30 p.m. at the Bread of Life Ministry, 1338 Main St., Winnipeg, MB. A wake service will be held on Saturday, March 22 at 7:30 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 23 at 1:00 p.m. Both services will be held at the Fairford House of Prayer, Fairford, with Pastor Wilfred Bruce and Asst.
