ELIZABETH ANNE (BETTY) PAHL Peacefully, on Friday, March 21, 2003, Betty Anne passed away at the Seven Oaks Hospital. Mom was predeceased by her husband Douglas and her son Bobby. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by Cheryl; granddaughters, Samantha and Amber; her best friends, June Schofield, Lena and George Pugh; other relatives and many friends. Mom was born in Winnipeg on August 6, 1936 and grew up in Old Kildonan. After her marriage to Douglas, they settled and raised their family in St. Andrews. She belonged to the Little Britain United Church and she enjoyed bowling with her friends. She was a wonderful person with a great sense of humour and we all will miss her greatly. Visitation will start at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 26, at Little Britain United Church, 5879 Main St. (Highway No. 9), with funeral service following at 1:00 p.m., also at the church, with Rev. Dawn Ballantine-Dickson officiating. Interment will follow in Little Britain Cemetery.
