DORIS CHARTIER Peacefully, on Saturday, March 22, 2003, with family by her side, Doris, beloved wife of 43 years, will sadly and lovingly be remembered by her husband Clare; and two daughters, Darlene Chartier (Paul), Shirley (Patrick) Lowry; grandsons, Jason Chartier (Susan) and Troy Lowry. She will forever be remembered by her family, Clares family also numerous friends. Doris approached her illness in the same way she lived her life. She was warm, brave and always cheerful. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 26 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint). Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Doris to CancerCare Manitoba, 109-675 McDermot Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9.
