WILLIAM (BILL) BERGMANN Passed away peacefully on March 24, 2003 in Winnipeg, age 80. He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Tiena; daughters, Judy, Grace (Harvey) and Karen; daughter-in-law Justina (Rudy) six grandchildren, Lori (Erwin), David, Amy, Ethan, Alison and Ron; two great-grandchildren, Mia and Simon. He was predeceased by his son Garry in 1976. He was devoted to his wife of 57 years and to his children and grandchildren. He leaves a legacy of genuine love for people and most of all, his love for the Lord Jesus and His Word. The family extends a heartfelt thanks to the staff of the Palliative Care Unit at St. Boniface Hospital and to the Home Care workers. A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, March 28 at 11:00 a.m. at Westwood Community Church, 401 Westwood Dr., St. James, with viewing for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow at Chapel Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit of St. Boniface Hospital, 409 Tache, Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A6.
