JADE LEVASSEUR Peacefully on March 24, 2003 at home, Jade Levasseur passed away at the age of three years. Jade was born November 29, 1999 in Winnipeg, MB to Tina Levasseur and Emery Ross. At four months of age Jade made a loving home with Gail and Len Wainright. She truly loved her big sisters and got very excited when they entered a room to talk with her. She will be fondly remembered and sadly missed by parents, Gail and Len Wainright, Tina Levasseur and Emery Ross; sisters, Amy, Nicki, Nakita and Shae Lynn; brothers, Dalton, Preston, Quincy and Ojibway; grandparents, Elise Levasseur, William T. Beaulieu and Bernice Ross. Jade was predeceased by her grandpa Raymond Tacan. A special thanks to Dr. Jim Carson for his tremendous care over the last three years and all the staff of Childrens Hospital. Jade was privileged to call many of you her friends. She especially loved her boyfriends on CH4. All the staff have given Len, Tina and Gail many hours of support over the last few years. Childrens Hospital is truly a special place. The outpouring of love and support has been tremendous and will never be forgotten. Jade had many complicated problems but had a very strong presence and will to live. She repeatedly surprised many people. She was very special and anyone who came into contact with her fell in love. Jadey Babe loved music, Winnie the Pooh and a good snuggle. She always had a stuffy at her side. We would like to thank her beloved respite workers, Diane, Irka, Marion and Alana with baby Hanna as her special friend. Funeral service 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 27 at Bardal Funeral Home, 843 Sherbrook St. Honorary pallbearers are Danielle Desrosiers, Sarah Gilmore, Val Desjardins and April Wright.
