She married William Marchuk and they made their home on a farm in Broad Valley. She was a devoted housewife, mother and BaBa. The greatest joy in her life was when her children were around her. Annie enjoyed gardening and lovingly shared her produce with her family and friends. She will be remembered for her generosity. Annie and Bill moved into Fisher Branch where she resided until moving to Lockport to live with her daughter Stella. She entered the Betel Home in Selkirk in June, 2002. She enjoyed her stay there, participating in many activities such as serving as Councillor on the Family and Residence Council, participated in curling, badminton, bowling, helping with linen folding, working on crafts, participating in hymn sing, enjoyed the weekly entertainment and of course, played Bingo. She made many new friends there. She will be remembered for her sense of humour and making people around her laugh. The family wishes to thank the staff at the Betel Home for their excellent care, support and compassion during her stay. Special thanks to Dr. Demsas, Kim Rohm R.N., Dr. Racette, Rev. Mawejje and Linda McKenzie. Also thanks to Selkirk Home Care for their excellent care and support while she resided at the home of her daughter. As per her request, cremation has taken place.
