MARY MARTENS 1927 - 2003 On Wednesday March 26, 2003, at Boundary Trails Health Centre, Mary Martens (nee Penner), aged 75, of Darlingford, formerly of South of Manitou, went to her eternal rest. She leaves to mourn her passing her beloved husband Bill E. Martens; one daughter Diana and husband Waldo Klassen of Beausejour, children, Darcy, Devin and wife Christine, Vanassa, great-granddaughter Cassidy; three sons, Ron and wife Karen Martens of Neubergthal, children, Joel, Erin, Lauren; Jim and wife Debbie Martens of Steinbach, children, Ryan, Brittany; Randy Martens of Winnipeg; sister Anne and husband John Dyck of Winnipeg; three brothers, Jake and wife Evelyn Penner of Morris, David and wife Doreen Penner of Morris, Harry Penner of Lowe Farm, and families. She was predeceased by brother Eddie Penner in 1959. Viewing will be today 1:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Wiebe Funeral Chapel, Morden (1050 Thornhill St.) and at the church prior to the service. Funeral service will be Saturday, March 29, 2:00 p.m. at Christian Life Centre, Morden (605 1st St.), Rev. Weldon Yeo and Rev. Paul Krymusa officiating. Interment to follow at Darlingford Cemetery.
