DOREEN PARKER (nee GILLIES) Doreen Parker (formerly of Flin Flon) passed away peacefully on March 24, 2003, at the age of 68 years, after a courageous battle with cancer. She was predeceased by her husband Jim Parker, father Gus Gillies and one sister Delores Baird. Her memory will be forever cherished by her mother Dorothy Gillies of Flin Flon, MB; one brother Gordie (Betty) Gillies of Minneapolis, MN; nieces, Debbie (John) Bailey and their children TJ and Caitlyn; Connie (Doug) Holubec and their son Luke all of Flin Flon, MB; nephews, Marc Gillies, Paul (Heidi) Gillies, their children Brady and Ben; Michael Gillies all of Minneapolis, MN; as well as numerous loving aunts, uncles and cousins. Doreen enjoyed her family, home, travel and treasured her many relatives and close friends. Doreen loved life and will be remembered for her generosity, her caring, and her positive outlook on life. How fortunate we all were to have had her in our lives.
