BETTY PARKER (ne e STROCK) Betty Parker passed away peacefully in her sleep on March 28, 2003. Born on May 23, 1921, Betty was predeceased by her beloved husband Merv Parker; her mother and father, Harvey and Elizabeth Strock; her brothers Tom and Bill and her sister-in-law Dorothy Strock. She will be sadly missed by her brother Arthur Strock; her nieces Marjorie Oleson, HelenStrock, Anne Strock; her grandson Bill Paget, the McIntyre family, all her friends including the gang at the Villa Cabrini and especially by her dear friend Gertrude Flemming. Betty was a very kind, caring woman, who loved life and never complained. Betty enjoyed the Anola farm with Merv. She loved the animals and her favorite dog, Trixie. Betty loved her holidays with Gert. Betty excelled at cooking, baking and crafts. Many of us proudly display her paper tolling artwork. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cancercare Manitoba.
