CONRAD JOSEPH GENEST Peacefully, on Monday, April 7, 2003 at the Health Sciences Centre, Conrad found peace with the Lord, at the age of 90 years. Left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Marie-Jeanne Beaulieu and Dorothy Troop (Alvin) brother Fernand Genest (Florence) as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Conrads growing years were spent in Ashern, MB and in later years on a farm in Spearhill, MB. After moving to Winnipeg, he worked for Dowse Sash and Door as a night watchman. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Thursday, April 10 at 10:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, 847 St. Marys Rd., with Rev. Fr. Renato Pasinato presiding. Interment will follow in Green Acres Memorial Gardens. The family wishes to express gratitude to the Tache Centre, who looked after Conrad for many years. Thanks also to Health Sciences Centre for the care and respect they showed him.
