Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryWALTER NICHOLAS "NICK" FONTAINE December 6, 1938 - April 6, 2003 Suddenly on Sunday, April 6, 2003, Nick went to be with his creator. Nick was predeceased by his father John Matthew, three brothers and five sisters. He leaves to mourn his passing and cherish many fond memories, his loving wife of 14 years Doris; his daughters, Leona (Kelly) and Jody; his sons, Dave, John and Shane and his grandchildren, Alex, Logan, Bryan and Glen; his mother Christina; his sisters, Lucy (John), Laura (Rennie), Audrey and Cindy; his mother-in-law Mary Ahmo; his brothers-in-law, Bruce (Mary Jane), Mike, Wallace (Bernice) his sisters-in-law, Mary Jane (Oscar), Yvonne (Stanley), Angela and Margaret along with numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, extended family and many friends. Wake and prayer services will be held on Wednesday, April 9 beginning at 5:00 p.m. from the J.A.R. Centre in Crane River, MB. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 10 at 2:00 p.m. from the J.A.R. Centre. Fr. Norberto Monton will officiate with the interment following in the Crane River Reserve Cemetery. Should friends so desire, memorial donations may be made in memory of Nick to the charity of ones choice. Ste. Rose Memorial Chapel, Ste. Rose du Lac, MB, in care of arrangements. (204) 447-2444.
