TROY COWLEY It is with great sorrow that we announce the tragic and sudden passing of Troy Justin Cowley on April 6, 2003. Troy will be mourned and greatly missed by his immediate and extended family which includes many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins, along with many, many friends. Troy was born March 25, 1971 in Winnipeg. He was a loving and giving son, brother and grandson, as well as an adoring uncle. Troy was always there when you needed him, giving of himself without a second thought. His smile was ever present, his laughter always near. Troys love of animals drew him to volunteer at the Winnipeg Humane Society. He was known to rescue one or two of the abandoned dogs he encountered and take them into his home. He enjoyed sports, his great love being, playing and coaching hockey. He looked forward to working with his brother in restoring their fathers 1965 Impala SS, which they had finally located after many years and many owners. We thank all our family and friends for their love and support. Troys giving nature lives on in others through organ donation. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations in Troys memory may be made to the Winnipeg Humane Society, 5 Kent St., Winnipeg, MB R2L 1X3, the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Manitoba Branch, 200 - 55 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 1L8 or a charity of ones choice. Join us in the celebration of Troys life, Saturday, April 12 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. Viewing will be held Friday, April 11 between 7:00 and 8:00 p.m., also at the chapel. Time has a way of passing by So quickly so it seems. And all the hopes, the tears & thoughts Along with all your dreams. Soon melt away & there they stay. Engulfed in some great scheme. Some day well have the answer To all our cares and woe The book will open with it all for each of us to know. The answer to the question That each of us all state Just whats it really all about What is our final fate. The answers really simple Its right before our eyes, Just look towards the heavens Its up there in the skies. We search & search our whole life through The answer, ------ Just to find Its not down here for you or me Or any of Mankind. The answers up in heaven & there its going to stay Until its given to us all On that Great Judgement Day. Written by Troys father CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
