EDNA MARGARET BALL 1929 - 2003 Edna passed away peacefully on Monday, April 7, 2003 at the Beacon Bill Lodge, after a lengthy battle with Alzheimers disease. Edna will be fondly remembered by her cousins; Irene (Jack) Barclay, Mississauga, ON; Hilda Large and Ellen Hirst, as well as friends and former colleagues of Canada Trust. Edna was predeceased by her parents, George and Margaret Ball as well as her dear cousin Doris (Arthur) Sutton. Edna was born and grew up in East Kildonan, she enjoyed traveling, especially the time spent with friends in Florida. Her special love and interest was her family cottage at Victoria Beach. At Ednas request she will be laid to rest with her parents in the Elmwood cemetery and there will be no formal service. Donations may be made in Ednas memory to the Alzheimers Society, 10-120 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 4G2.
