Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryHARRY "PAT" BALDOCK Harry Pat Baldock, aged 100 years, passed away on Monday, April 7, 2003 at Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg. He was predeceased by his loving wife Ivy in 1999; his two daughters, Kathleen Kay Wright and Myrtle Lenton; daughter-in-law Marg; grandsons, Larry and Kevin Wright. Pat will be sadly missed by his son Vic; sons-in-law, Bob Wright and Will Lenton; grand-children, Pat Baldock (Carol), Penny Mitchell, Terry, Brent (Louise), Glenn, Brad and Darlene Wright, Diana Lenton, Janice Lowry (Gary), Gail Reichert (Ryan) and Darwin Lenton (Marlene) as well as numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Pat was born on April 28, 1902 in Manitou, MB. He met Ivy and were married for 76 years. Together Pat and Ivy settled in Middlechurch, MB and raised their family. They remained in Middlechurch until their retirement in 1967 at which time they decided to sell their home and begin 13 years of travelling which included a four-month cruise around the world. In 1980 they moved to Morden, MB and resided there until returning to Middlechurch in 1998. Pat enjoyed over 40 years working as a Land Surveyor for the province, exploring many areas of Manitoba. He was an outdoorsman and enjoyed camping and fishing and being with family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff of Middlechurch Home especially Mavis, Tracey and Jacquie for all their care and compassion. We would also like to thank Evelyn Christie for being a very special friend to Pat. Prayers will be held on Thursday, April 10 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Pauls Anglican Church, 299 Balderstone Rd., Middlechurch, MB. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 11 at 10:00 a.m., also at the church, with Rev. Frazer Hunter officiating. Interment will follow in St. Pauls Cemetery. Pallbearers will be his grandsons Pat, Terry, Brent, Glenn, Brad and Darwin. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 586-8044
