AGNES CHRISTINA DUECK (nee HARDISTY) Peacefully with her family by her side, Christine passed away on Sunday, April 6, 2003. She was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Agnes Hardisty; brothers, Donald Jr. and Cyril Hardisty. Christine leaves to mourn her daughter Chrystal Chantel; and her three grandsons, Michael, Jessie and James; sisters, Mina Favel, Myrtle Chambers, Shirley Done, Ruby Sandberg (Harold), Dorothy Thorpe (Irvine) along with many nieces, nephews and friends. Her greatest joys in life were her immediate family and she was enriched by her special bond with her grandsons. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Friday, April 11 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Home, Selkirk with Rev. Hugh Laidlaw officiating. Interment to follow in the St. Peters Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a Trust Fund for the Bowman boys in care of CIBC, 87-333 St. Mary Ave. Winnipeg, MB R3C 4A5.
