ANN PANCHUK (nee BOZYK) Peacefully on April 4, 2003 with all her children by her side, our Mom left us with Gods spirit within to her eternal home. Ann was born July 9, 1924 at her homestead in Gardenton. She was predeceased by her husband Sam; daughter Pat; parents, Alex and Dokia Bozyk; brothers, Bill and Metro; sister Pauline. She will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her children, Theresa (Nestor), Sylvia (Carl), John (Diane), Michael (Marilyn), Bob (Leanne) grandchildren, Trevor, Tracie, Pamela, Tara, Justin and Laura; sisters, Victoria (Steve), Mary; one uncle Frank Panisiak; and many nieces and nephews. Mom dedicated her life to her family, providing quiet guidance and constant love and support. Her children and grandchildren were her greatest passions. She spent endless hours playing games and cards with the grandkids. Mom took great pride in her baking and cooking abilities. She always had care packages for everyone to take back to the city after weekend visits. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, cross-stitching, crocheting and reading cookbooks. She generously gave of her time when she could for many church and community functions. She was a member of the Womens Auxiliary for many years and served as President and Treasurer. As a family we are all very proud of the life Mom lived. She remained upbeat no matter what life threw her and consistently remained uncomplaining. Mom used her quiet strength and brave determination to overcome any hardships that came her way, especially in the last year. Prayers and service will be held on Wednesday, April 9 at 7:30 p.m. at Loewen Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Snyder officiating. Divine Liturgy will be sung on Thursday, April 10 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Michaels Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Gardenton, with Rev. Fr. Wasyliw officiating. Interment to follow at parish cemetery. Special thanks extended to the staff at Riverview Centre and Seven Oaks Hospital. Sweet Dreams Mom and Baba, "We love you forever." LOEWEN Funeral Chapel 5 Chrysler Gate - Steinbach - 326-1351
