DOROTHY ROWAT Peacefully, on April 6, 2003, Dorothy Rowat, aged 70, passed away at the Victoria Hospital. Dorothy will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 47 years, Harold; her daughter Susan (Stewart) Coutts and her son David (Irene).
