VELMA AMY SUTTON Peacefully on Wednesday, April 9, 2003, Velma passed into the presence of the Lord. Mom was born May 6, 1912 at Pilot Mound, MB. She was raised on the farm and after marrying Sid Sutton from Glenora, MB they moved to St. James where they resided until 1998. Velma was predeceased by her loving husband Sid, her parents and five siblings. She is survived by her sister Elizabeth in BC; three sons, Raeburn, Lyall (Claire) and Clare (Cathy) as well as five grandchildren, Alanna, Spencer, Stephanie, Garth and Mack. Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at Elim Chapel, 546 Portage Ave. on Monday, April 14 at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow in the church hall.
