JANET LOUISE KIRKPATRICK On Sunday, April 13, 2003 at the Poseidon Care Centre, Janet Louise Kirkpatrick passed away peacefully at age 89 years. Janet was born at Green Ridge, MB on March 29, 1914, the elder daughter of Roderick and Ellen McLennan She lived her earlier years in the Ridgeville area, moving to Winnipeg in 1943. Janet was an employee of the Hudson Bay Company store for 26 years and retired in 1974. She was sadly predeceased by her daughter Shirley (1994) and brothers Allan (Sandy), Kenneth and Hugh. Left to cherish her memory are her caring son Bruce; and sister Aileen Ashby (Jack). She will also be fondly remembered by her nieces. The family wish to extend their thanks to the staff at Poseidon Care Centre for their kindness and care. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 17 at 11:00 a.m. at the Thomson Funeral Chapel, 669 Broadway, Winnipeg. THOMSON FUNERAL CHAPELS 783-7211
