Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryELMA ANNA LOCHNER On Sunday, April 13, 2003, our wife, mother and grandmother passed away at the age of 80 years. She was born October 15, 1922 at Plum Coulee, MB. She leaves to mourn her passing her beloved husband Rolf, her son Doug (Mary) and her daughter Elaine (Bernie). Grand-children, David (Tammy) Schmidt; Sandra (Kelly) Holben and children Nicholas and Meagan; Mark Warsaba; Paula Warsaba; and Adam Warsaba (Erin Krishka), will cherish memories of Gran. Elma is also survived by her brothers and sisters, Harold, Henry, Laura, Lavina, Deanna, Dora, Irene, John and Doreen. She was predeceased by her first husband Stephen Warsaba; her mother Bertha Derksen; and her father Peter Derksen (Katrina) her brothers and sister, Peter, Ernie and Lenora. Elmas special interest in life were her family, playing cards, music, sewing and spending time with Rolf at their cottage. She also enjoyed reminiscing about family history. She was an enthusiastic sports fan - you could always count on Gran for up to date hockey and curling news. She will forever be remembered in our hearts. Funeral service will be held at Doyles Funeral Chapel in Carman on Wednesday, April 16 at 2:00 p.m., with Rev. Catherine Waldie officiating. Interment will take place in the Greenwood Cemetery, Carman. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada, Manitoba Branch, or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba. Doyles Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
