Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCHARLES PEITSCH 1914 - 2003 On Saturday, April 12, 2003, Charles Peitsch passed away peacefully, at the age of 89 years. Charles was born and raised in the Green Bay area, the ninth child of a family of 15. He began farming in the early 40s along with his brother Harry. The brothers hard work and commitment enabled them to purchase their own operation by 1949. On January 17, 1948, Charlie married Hilda Kreise. Over the years, four children, more land and a milk dairy were added to the farm which was operated for 25 years, until his retirement in 1976. Charlie is survived by four sisters. He was predeceased by his wife, Hilda, in 1999; and eldest son Wilfred (Ken) in 2001. He will be sadly missed and remembered by his children, Bernice and grandson Jordan; Allan; Wayne and wife Susan and grandsons Terrance and Andrew and grand daughter Jennifer; daughter-in-law Rose and grandson Clint and granddaughters Bobby-Jo and Shannon. The family would like to thank the people of home care and the staff of East Gate Lodge for all the care they gave Charles the last few years. There will be viewing on Wednesday, April 16 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, Park Ave. E. Beausejour. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 17 at 11:00 a.m. also in the Chapel.
