ZENKO ANDREW KACZAN On Sunday, April 13, 2003 at his home Zenko Kaczan, aged 69 years of Winnipeg, MB, passed away. Zenko leaves to mourn his friend and companion Rosemarie Kaminsky. He was predeceased by his father William in 1978; by his mother Maria in 1982. Zenko was born in Winnipeg on March 2, 1934 and resided all his life in the Transcona community. He was employed with the City of Winnipeg, Works and Operations Department, from March 29, 1968 until his retirement in 1995. Funeral service will be conducted by Rev. Carol Fletcher on Tuesday, April 22, at 1:30 p.m. at the Transcona Funeral Chapel, 1800 Day St. He will be laid to rest with his parents at the Transcona Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jacob Kaminsky, Danny Law, David Borgeson and Wayne Kaminsky. In lieu of flowers, if friends so wish, memorial donations may be made to a favourite charity. Transcona Funeral Chapel in care of arrangements.
