Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryNORAH HOLMSTROM Norah Holmstrom passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2003 at the Grace Hospital at the age of 92 years. She was predeceased by her husband George of 55 years of marriage; son Richard; and two brothers, Art and Bert. Norah will be sadly missed by her children, Lenore (Dick), Dave (Diane) Gail (Harry), Dianne, Susan (Elliot) two sisters, Ruth , Alice; two brothers-in-law and three sisters-in-law. Also left to cherish her memory are thirteen grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Norah taught at Hartly, Tyndall and St. James schools. She bowled for many years for St. James, attended Sturgeon Creek Art Club, and was an active member of the St. James Leisure Centre and church. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 22, at 2:00 p.m. in the St. James Anglican Church, 195 Collegiate St. In lieu of flowers, donations in Norahs memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 193 Sherbrook St., Winnipeg, MB R3C 2B7.
