ANNA TYMCZYSZYN Peacefully on April 16, 2003 Anna Tymczyszyn passed from this life into the arms of the Lord, at the age of 94. She was predeceased by her mother Tekla Zwarycz in 1968 and in 1994 by her husband Franciszek. She leaves to mourn her daughter Janina Multan; granddaughters, Angela (Matt) Kaufmann, Lee (Art) Mencik; and great-grandchildren Courtney, Michelle, Matthew Kaufmann, Nicole and Sean Mencik. "Busia" thoroughly enjoyed watching her great-grandchildren grow up and cherished their visits. She will be fondly remembered in their prayers. Anna was born in Poland on December 12, 1908. She came to Canada in 1951. Anna was a devout Roman Catholic and a lifelong member of the Holy Ghost Church. She was also a member through the Order of St. Francis and the Rosary. The family would like to thank the staff and doctors associated to the St. Josephs Residence where Anna spent her remaining years for their care and compassion. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, April 22 at 10:30 a.m. at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave., with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. with an Oblate Father officiating.
