Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMYRTLE DIANA WILLIAMSON (nee HAPPYCHUK) Suddenly, on Monday, April 14, 2003, Myrtle passed away. She was born on May 10, 1956, to Joseph and Katherine Happychuk of Sundown, MB. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Roy; her brothers and sisters, Gene (Liz), Luba (Murray) Beange, Boris (Theresa), Larrie (Olga), Sonia (Peter) Prociuk, Iris (Bob) Cesmystruk, Taras (Jane), Neil (Valerie), Olga (Bill) Katerynuk, Shirley (David) Machula; her sister-in-law Joan Scott; and her brothers-in-law, Earl and Ross Williamson; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Myrtle was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Katherine; and by her brother Emil. Myrtle was raised on the family farm in Sundown. She married her husband Roy in 1984, and they took up residence in Toronto. In 1987 they moved to their present home in Winnipeg. Myrtle was a friendly and sociable person who loved to talk to family and friends. She was especially fond of her nieces and nephews and treated them generously. Cremation has taken place. Family and close friends are invited to a memorial service at the Ascension Ukrainian Catholic Church in Sundown at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, April 22 with Father Ihor Royik officiating, assisted by Deacon Leon Twyrdun and cantor Martin Chobotar. Roy and the family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Clyde Manswell and to friends, Norman and Joyce Mitchell. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Myrtles memory to support the Scleroderma Association, 105 - 386 Broadway, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3R6, or to a charity of ones choice.
