Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARY ANN VEAULIGNY (nee McKECHINIE) July 8, 1934 - April 13, 2003 "For those who have been faithful, O Lord, Life is not ended But merely changed" Mary Ann Veauligny passed into Eternal Life, on Sunday, April 13, 2003 at the St. Boniface Hospital. She was the only daughter of William Andrew McKechinie and Mary Jane Sanders. Mary Ann was born in Churchill, MB and resided there for a short time. She lost her mother, at an early age. Then moving to Winnipeg to live with her father. She will be sadly missed by her friends; Mrs. Blanche Kotowich, Lisette Windross, Joan Wosney, Bruce and Ingra McLoy and daughters of Clandeboye, MB and Stan Sniezyk. Along with her many friends at the Poseidon Care Centre; where she resided for two and a half years. She was an avid reader and enjoyed writing poetry. Her and Bob enjoyed their summers at their cottage at Clandeboye where they spent many days with their friends. I wish to thank all the staff at the Poseidon Centre especially Ms. J. Rocan-Texmo for their kindness showed to her. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held at the Green Acres Funeral Chapel on Wednesday, April 23 at 1:00 p.m. With interment to follow at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Also to follow a memorial service at the Poseidon Nursing Home at 2:00 p.m. and a second interment of her ashes on her fathers grave with Rev. Garry Killen presiding at Brookside Cemetery. She will be sadly missed by her many friends at the Poseidon Care Centre who came to know and love her very much. Mary Ann you will not be forgotten, your love will be with us.
