SANDRA LEE KATHRYN RYDER On Sunday, April 20, 2003 at St. Boniface Hospital, Sandra Ryder peacefully passed away with her family by her side. Sandy is survived by her son Jamie Fyles; daughter Kimberley Frederiksen; son-in-law Evald Frederiksen and two grandchildren, Anders and Soren Frederiksen. She will be sadly missed by her best friend and loving companion, Perry Poulsen. Sandy is also survived by her mother and father, Wally and Dorothy Jones of Grand Marais, MB; her sister Brenda and brother-in-law Bob Shipley and their children, Tyler and Vanessa of Winnipeg. She leaves her Godparents, Chuck and Trudy Sabo, along with many other relatives and friends to grieve. Sandy had a cottage at Grand Marais where she loved to spend summers surrounded by family and friends. She liked nothing better than to spend the day fishing with her two grandsons. Sandy worked very hard at her career and was extremely proud of her professional standing as a CHRP. She will be sadly missed by her good friends at the Winnipeg Airport Authority and more recently, by her friends and co-workers at Ducks Unlimited. The family would like to thank Dr. Lotocki and associates, along with the special nurses and staff of St. Boniface Hospital, for their kind care and comfort during the past few weeks. We would also gratefully invite donations be made to Cancer Care Manitoba in lieu of flowers. Cremation having taken place, a memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m., Friday, April 25 at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Ave. West in Winnipeg.
