HENRY CINQ-MARS Suddenly on Monday, April 21, 2003 at Health Sciences Centre, Henry Cinq-Mars of St. Vital passed away at the age of 70 years. Henry was born in St. Pierre Jolys October 17, 1932. Henry is survived by his loving companion Jean Eunson and his four children, Robert (Winnipeg), Nicole (Selkirk), Marc (Melanie) (Winnipeg), Henry (AB) his grandchildren, Cyril, Alexis, Joshua, Shane; two brothers, Joe (Angeline) (AB), Archie (Vi) (Lac Du Bonnet) three sisters, Jean Vegh, Eugenie (Doug) Stimpson, Annette (Romeo) Champagne; sisters-in-law, Therese Lagimodiere (Selkirk), Anne Marie (John) Horvath (ON) many cousins and numerous nieces and nephews. Henry was predeceased by his wife Eleanore; his parents, Emma and Urbain and his brothers, Emile, George, Leo, Romeo; sister Denise and his brother-in-law Pete. Henry worked for Greyhound Bus Lines until his retirement. He was an avid sportsman, and coached St. Emile Braves, a ladies softball team, to several championships. Henry was a hunter of big game and birds. He loved playing bingo with his companion Jean. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. He enjoyed his days as a volunteer for the St. Emile food bank. Prayers will be held on Friday, April 25 at St. Emile R.C. Church, 556 St. Annes Rd. at 7:00 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 26 at 11:00 a.m. also at the church. Rev. Fr. R. Peeters presiding. Interment to follow at Green Acres Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers will be Archie Cinq-Mars, Ken Park, Joe Richard, Aime Hebert, Patrick Hebert and Raymond Frechette. The family would especially like to thank Dr. West and his surgical team, all the S.I.C.U. nurses and staff for their excellent care. Flowers gratefully accepted.
