MARGARET (PEGGIE) HULTMAN Margaret (Peggie) Hultman, peacefully, Easter Sunday, April 20, 2003, at home, aged 80 years. Born at Boissevain, MB on November 26, 1922, into a farming family, Peg grew up playing all sports, especially baseball, with all the local kids, mostly boys. That, and her cheerfully competitive spirit, explained her passion for baseball; she wanted a family of nine boys to make her own baseball team after marrying Warren (Ted) Hultman in 1947, who predeceased her January 7, 1996. She never had the nine boys. She did, however, have two boys, Patrick and Alan, who, along with their families (Patricks wife, Cathy, son James, daughters Jackie and Jocelyn; and Alans wife, Sylvia, daughter Margaret Ashley, and son Adam), and Pegs brother Bob Love and his family, survive her and share her sense of humour and competitive spirit. A service to remember Peggie shall be held at Silver Heights United Church, 199 Garrioch Ave., on Saturday, April 26 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Lung Foundation.
