NEVILLE LUEMORE DAVIS After a long courageous battle with cancer Neville passed away peacefully in his sleep on April 24, 2003 at the Health Sciences Centre. He was born on October 28, 1940 in Kingston, Jamaica. He moved to England in 1960 where he met and married Itilda Cooke. They moved to Canada as a family in 1975. He is survived by his wife Itilda (Fay) and sons, Paul (Maylene), grandchildren Michael and Nicole; Anthony (Carol). Brother Keith Winters of England and many other relatives. He worked for Dominion Bridge for over 20 years as a welder. He spent much of his free time with family and friends. He was an avid dancer and also enjoyed listening to music. Special thanks to long-time friends George and Janet Sinclair, Owen and Benji Lawson, and to all of his other friends too numerous to mention. Thank you for all your love and support. The family wishes to thank Dr. Maksymiuk, Dr. MacIntosh, Dr. Schroeder, Dr. Tan, the nurses and staff at both CancerCare MacCharles and on A4 (HSC) for caring for Neville over the years and through this difficult time. A special thank you to Dr. Ronata Singh for her amazing care and compassion. Words cannot describe our gratitude. Visitation will be on Sunday, April 27 from 3:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St., with funeral service on Monday, April 28, 1:00 p.m., also at the chapel, with Pastor David Dromereski officiating.
