GERRY A. DOLYNY It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Gerry Dolyny, aged 49 years, on Wednesday, April 23, 2003 at the Grace Hospital. He is deeply missed by his mother Therese Dolyny; his two children, Jeff Dolyny and Sally Guarino; his son-in-law Jason Guarino; his loving partner Elizabeth Szadkowski and family, Roman, Amanda and Jasmine. He is also survived by his uncle Merc Dolyny, aunt Alice Dolyny and his extended family. Gerry was predeceased by his father Alex Dolyny in January 2002. Gerry grew up in Teulon where he accumulated many close friends and happy memories. He later moved to Stonewall, and then Warren and eventually residing in Winnipeg. Gerry was a true people-person with a great sense of humour and a caring manner. He enjoyed his career in sales and loved meeting new people. Gerry had a special interest in classic cars, loved boating and fishing and spending time in the country with his friends and family. A memorial service will be held at the MacKenzie Funeral Chapel, Stonewall on Monday, April 28 at 2:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would gratefully accept donations to the Manitoba Alzheimer Society.
