ANNA PAULINA EMILIE KYRITZ November 21, 1911- April 22, 2003 Peacefully on April 22, 2003, Anna passed away at the age of 91. Born November 21, 1911, she was predeceased by her husband, Walter and her son Rainer. Anna will be lovingly remembered by her children, Ralf (Fran), Klaus (Gail), Suse (Douglas) Ward; grandchildren, Kristopher (Anne Marie), Kimberley (Dave), Renata, James, and Barbara; and her great-grandchildren, Matthais and Arianne; and her special friends, Helen, Lillian and Angelo. Born in Germany, Anna and her family moved to Winnipeg in 1951. Anna lost her husband Walter in 1956 and three weeks later, her only brother. She was left alone to bring up her four children, the oldest of whom was only 14. She worked for Pioneer Grain Co. until she retired. Anna was a great inspiration to all who knew her, especially her family for whom there was no limit to the amount of love and time that was given to them. We will miss you dearly, your compassion, understanding, companionship and friendship. We would like to thank the nursing staff at the Victoria Hospital for their care. In lieu of flowers donations could be sent to the Salvation Army. The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 28 at Glen Lawn Funeral Home, 455 Lagimodiere Blvd. (south of the Royal Canadian Mint).
