HAIM BIHMAN 1912 - 2003 Peacefully, after a short illness, our dear husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away on April 18, 2003, at the age of 91. Haim, is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Etty of 68 years, who was the love of his life; also his children, Rica and Rick Solomon; his grandchildren, Noel and Andrea Solomon, Carole and David Garfield. His adored great-grandchildren, Rachel, Alexa and Eli Solomon, Hart and Matthew Garfield. Dad was predeceased by his parents, Noah and Betty; sister Rachelle; brother Milv, survived by sister Sofia. Our father was a very intelligent man, hard working, gentle and loving. His most enjoyable time, was being together with his entire family, reading books, newspapers and discussing world events from his past and present. His memory for dates and people, was astonishing. He was the most wonderful grandfather, enjoyed his grandchildrens accomplishments and adored them. He was very close to his niece and nephew, Aurel, Rochelle Pincovich and their children, Leon and Miriam. Dad was a people man and he loved and respected them and he was respected by all who knew him. We would like to thank, the Home Care staff Tal, Magda and Stella for their care and love for our Mom and Dad. Also our thanks to the Victoria Hospital, Unit 3 for their wonderful care and compassion, during the last three months, also Dr. Pacin who took care of him and showed such concern. The funeral was held April 20 at Shaarey Zedek Synagogue. Interment at Shaarey Zedek Cemetery, Rabbi Green officiating. We love you Dad, rest in peace.
