Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryALISON JOAN BROWN We sadly announce the sudden passing of Joan Brown on Wednesday, April 23, 2003 at the age of 70 years. Joan leaves to mourn her husband of 50 years Murray; daughter Nancy Brown; son Todd Brown (Nancy) of Calgary, AB and four grandsons, Graham, Taylor, Hayden and Lyle. Joan also leaves behind her devoted mother Marjorie Livesley. We will always remember Joans love for her family, devotion to her dog Murphy and her wonderfully dry sense of humour. The family wishes to extend sincere thanks to the City of Winnipeg Fire and Paramedic Service, Winnipeg Police Service and staff at both Health Sciences Centre Emergency Department and the Burn Unit for their extraordinary efforts. A family graveside service will be held on Monday April 28 at 3:00 p.m. in Elmwood Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, if so desired, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
