RICHARD (IZZY) MOSTOW December 1, 1916 - February 8, 2003 It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Richard Mostow on February 8, 2003 at the age of 86 in the Coney Island General Hospital in Brooklyn. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife Diane of 60 years; his son Michael wife Nancy of New York; his daughter Janis and husband Mary Horn of New York and has three grandchildren, Sarah Cate Mostow of Paris, France, Joanna Horn of Boston and David Horn of New York and his brother Harold and Lillian Mostow of Winnipeg. Richard was predeceased by his sister Syril and brothers Percy and Sam. Born and raised in Winnipeg, Richard graduated from St. Johns High School and went to New York to study music. He sang in many difference choirs in the Brooklyn and New York area. Music was a great part of his life. Interment was on February 10, 2003 at the Mount Ararat Cemetery in Long Island.
