Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFELIX MULOIN It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of their beloved husband, father and Pepere. On Friday, April 25, 2003 at Deer Lodge Centre, Felix Muloin passed away at the age of 78. Felix was predeceased by his two sisters, Simone and Antonia; and brother-in-law William. To cherish his memory are his loving wife of 46 years Sylva, daughter Lynn (Hugh Tibbs) and family Robert and Colin; son Randy (Charlene) daughter Karen (Tim VanDekerkhove) and family Thomas, Anna and Philip. He is also survived by his three stepchildren, Jeannette, Denis and Rollie and their families. Felix was born November 19, 1924 in St. Boniface and lived his entire life in the area. Answering the call to serve, he joined the R.C.A.S.C. in June of 1941 and was honourably discharged in January 1946. Soon after the war, Felix was employed by Manitoba Telephones and took great pride in his 37 years of service. In retirement, Felix liked to settle in his favourite chair to read and hold his remote control. Felix was a lifetime member of the Norwood-St. Boniface Legion, Branch 43. He generously volunteered his time, holding several different executive positions over the years. He was very proud to have served the Branch as President for two years and continued to serve as Past President for over a decade. The family thanks the nurses and health care aides of Deer Lodge Centre for the excellent care Felix received. We are especially thankful to the staff of T5 for their care and concern in Felixs final days. The funeral service will be held at the Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. on Wednesday, April 30 at 2:00 p.m. Viewing will take place from 1:30 p.m. until time of service. Interment will follow at Glen Lawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Felixs memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Manitoba, Ste. 200-6 Donald St., Winnipeg, MB R3L 0K6.
