ROBERT DION Courageously, at the St. Claude Hospital on Sunday, April 27, 2003, Mr. Robert Dion of St. Claude, MB, passed away at the age of 76 years. He leaves to mourn his beloved wife Angele (nee LeGarff) and two children, Louise and husband Norman Tougas of Thunder Bay and Jean and wife Joan Dion of St. Claude; and five grandchildren, Patrick (Kerry), Michelle (Andrew), Mario, Mia and Marquie. He also leaves to mourn three sisters, Madeleine, Marie-Blanche and Isabelle; and in-laws, Omer, Marie, Berthe and Jeanne; and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by three sisters, Elizabeth, Estelle and Simone; five brothers, Camille, Leonard, Georges, Romeo and Ferdinand; and also by one infant daughter. Prayers will be held at Adams Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 29 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral mass will be celebrated in the St. Claude Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, April 30 at 2:00 p.m., with Fr. Rodrigue Bouchard officiating. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Oculopharyngeal Dystrophy, care of Muscular Dystrophy Society of Canada, 1 Morley Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3L 2P4.
