McKENZIE SCOTT WILES Peacefully, on April 30, 2003, McKenzie Scott Wiles passed away. He will be sadly missed by his mother and father, Scott and Stacey Wiles. McKenzie also leaves behind a sister Robyn; his uncles, Paul Wiles, Lester Marks and aunt Courtney Mitchell; and his grandparents; Susan and Warren Wiles and Judy and Marvin Marks. McKenzie was also fortunate to have great-grandparents, Margaret and John Marks and Sophie Olafson. Kenzie, at the age of 4 years old, has shown us a spirit and strength that is very rare in this world. His persistence and determination to beat a disease he knew only very little about is an inspiration to us all. Our little buddy is at peace now and we know he will continue to watch over all the wonderful people that have touched his life. He will want us all to move forward and celebrate his life, and to take a moment in the future to make a change in the world, even if it is small, something that would represent in any way, the wonderful things McKenzie Scott Wiles was destined to do. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 3 at 11:00 a.m. in Thomson Funeral Chapels, 669 Broadway. A special mention to Dr. Sarah Isreals, Cathy Bourne and all the wonderful staff and friends at Manitoba Cancer Care. Thank you for all your wonderful care and support. We would also like to thank all the staff at Hoffmans fine foods for all their support over the last few years. In lieu of flowers, please send any donations to Cancer Care Manitoba, 109 - 675 McDermot Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3E 0V9 or the Childrens Wish Foundation of Canada, Manitoba Chapter, 350 St. Mary Ave, Winnipeg, MB R3C 3J2.
