Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHEODORE (TED) BURSA September 17, 1920 - May 1, 2003 Peacefully on Thursday, May 1, Ted passed away with his daughter by his side at Riverview Medical Centre. Preceased by his beloved wife Edith in September, 2001 and his brother Walter in 1983 Ted leaves his daughter Judy; three grandchildren, Kim, Syrenne, Chris and Kevin Heming; great-granddaughters, Jacy and Nicole Syrenne with very loving and happy memories of him. Being a patient, quiet, helpful and understanding Dad and Grandpa his little family has much love and respect for him. We were blessed to have him as long as we did. Ted also leaves his sister-in-law Phyllis and a niece and two nephews, all of the Toronto area, Isabelle and Hilbert Honkey, Marg and Chuck Reynolds, Bob and Helen Raymond and Ollie Raymond, all of West Kildonan. Ted and Edith lived in West Kildonan almost all of their lives and Ted was a lifetime member of The West Kildonan Legion, having served in the navy in the Second World War. Judy would like to thank the home care staff at 1084 Powers, especially Shirley and Art. Thank you to wonderful Wendy, his nurse for her kind care and comfort! Cremation has taken place and a private service will be held at Dads request. Ill miss you Dad. We all love you.
