Offer Condolences or MemoryEVE PEARL HABING (WHITE CLOUD WOMAN) Peacefully after a courageous fight, with her family at her side, Eve Pearl Habing went to be with the angels in heaven on Friday morning, May 2, 2003, at the Childrens Hospital, at the age of two years. Eve was born at the St. Boniface Hospital on March 5, 2001. She always had a smile; many knew her as Tweetie Bird. Her independence and strong will are a few of Eves many precious memories left to cherish. Eves large, beautiful curls were a joy to recall. Eve and Evan could always be seen playing together. She leaves to cherish her beautiful memory parents, Nancy Habing and David Roy; step-father Wes Bauml; big brother Evan; grandparents, Odile Phillips, Leonard and Pearl Habing, Ken and Lucille Bauml, Cecil and Mary Sinclair; godparents, Pamela Habing and Andy Hadaller. There are numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Eve was predeceased by her grandfather David Roy Sr. and Aunty Helen. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, May 6 at 2:00 p.m. at the Aboriginal Funeral Chapel, 724 Selkirk Ave. at Parr, Winnipeg with Fr. Robert Bernardin officiating. Private family inurnment will follow the service. The family would like to thank the doctors, nurses and staff of the Beausejour Health Centre and the P.I.C.U. of the Childrens Hospital for all their care and compassion shown to Eve.
