SAMUEL SYROWY On May 4, 2003 at the Seven Oaks Hospital, Winnipeg, Samuel Syrowy, aged 88 years, a lifelong resident of Fraserwood, MB, beloved husband of Molly. Sam had worked for many years at Woods Store in Fraserwood and was also well known for his carpentry. Sam was also a truck driver for Fraserwood Creamery for 21 years, retiring in 1990. His horses were his passion which he enjoyed very much. Sam leaves surviving his wife Molly; brothers, Mike (Helen) and Peter; sisters, Tina and Jean; sister-in-law Pauline; and numerous nieces and nephews. A graveside committal service will take place at the Fraserwood Community Cemetery on Saturday, May 10 at 12:30 p.m. A celebration of his life will immediately follow at the Fraserwood Hall, with Deacon Ray Sutton officiating. Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Gimli in care of arrangements.
