GLENN MACGREGOR JOSEPH WOOD Passed away Sunday, April 27, 2003 at the Lloydminster Hospital. Beloved son of McGregor and Katherine Wood of Winnipeg, MB. Loving husband of Ruth, Lloydminster, AB. Loving father of daughters and their husbands, Tracy and Trevor Aldridge of Kelfield, SK, Kelli and Leigh Sauer of Calgary, AB, Taryn Wood of Vancouver, BC. Dear grandfather to Kathryn and Kenzie Aldridge and Jenna Sauer. Beloved brother of Lana Swan and family of Vancouver, BC. Glenn was born May 24, 1940, and raised in the north end of Winnipeg. He attended Ralph Brown, Faraday, and St. Johns Technical Schools and the RCMP Academy, Regina, SK. He remained a friend to his buddies from those years. Funeral service was conducted at Stockade Convention Centre in Lloydminster, AB on Thursday, May 1. Committal service was held at RCMP Chapel and interment followed at the RCMP Cemetery on May 2. Contributions in memory of Glenn may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society Research for Esophageal Cancer.
