MILDRED EVELYN CLARK (nee HIGHET) It is with deep sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our mother and grandmother, Mildred Clark on Wednesday, May 7, 2003 in her 95th year. Mom will be forever remembered by her family as a loving mother, a dedicated wife and an active community worker. She had a finely tuned dry sense of humour, an insatiable curiosity and a stoic perseverance which amazed us all. Our family would like to acknowledge and thank all the personnel at Golden West Centennial Lodge. Words are inadequate to express the quality of care she received when accepted into their family as well as ours. This tremendously eased the concern of family members, knowing she and Dad too could depend on such generous and caring people. Cremation has taken place and a family celebration of both her and Dads lives will take place next summer at "the lake".
