Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemorySTANLEY KALINSKI In loving memory of our dear father and grandfather Stanley Kalinski who passed away in Winnipeg on May 17, 2003. Stanley was born in 1907 in Cooks Creek, MB where he spent his early years. A carpenter by trade, he worked with Clayton Construction for many years. He was later employed by the CNR as a carman, retiring in 1972. He married Frances Mazurkewich in 1940. Stanley and Frances resided in Pine Ridge until 1953 when they moved to Winnipeg. Frances predeceased him in 1954. Stanley remarried in 1955 to Jennie Taschuk and continued to reside in Winnipeg. He was a longtime member of the Calvary Temple. Stanley was predeceased by his second wife Jennie in 1994, three brothers, John, Mike and Nick; and two sisters, Cecilia and Mary. He is lovingly remembered by his two sons, Jerry (Lillian) Kalinski and Leonard (Margaret) Kalinski; three grandsons, Curtis, Kevin and Ryan; and one sister Katie Wach. Many nieces and nephews also cherish his memory. In accordance with his wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will take place on Wednesday, May 21 at 2:30 p.m. at Green Acres Funeral Chapel, Hwy. #1 East at Navin Road. Pastor H.H. Barber will preside. A private family interment will follow at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Calvary Temple Youth Camp Fund, 400 Hargrave St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 3A8 or the charity of choice.
