IRENE MARIE LAVALLEE (nee BONIN) On Sunday, May 18, 2003 at the Foyer Valade, Irene Marie Lavallee passed away at the age of 87 years. Irene was predeceased by her husband Jean Lavallee and her sister Yvonne Roscoe. She leaves to cherish her memory her sister Simone (Louis) Champagne of Oakville, ON, her niece Michelle (Jim) Sheldon and nephew Louis (Mary Weedmark) Champagne, as well as many other relatives. Irene was born in Inwood, MB and lived in Rosser as a child. She then moved in St. Boniface and pursued her schooling at the St. Josephs Academy. Irene taught in Lorette and Ste. Anne then at Provencher School in St. Boniface for 37 years. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 21 at Desjardins Funeral Chapel, 357 Des Meurons St. A private interment will take place at Green Acres Memorial Gardens.
