JOHN RICHARD PROCTOR MARTIN Unexpectedly on Tuesday, May 13, 2003 at the age of 67 years. John will be cherished and missed by his wife Donna; daughter Larissa Kaur, son-in-law Surinder Pal Singh; granddaughters, Charanpreet and Reena Kaur; son Chris Martin (Kym Pitman) and Donnas children, Jacquelyne Luce (Ninette Rothmuller) and Patrick Luce (Lisa Early). John was predeceased by his late wife Frances in 1984. John was born and grew up in Vancouver, BC. He worked in Vancouver, Prince Rupert, Dawson Creek, Campbell River, Kamloops, Kelowna and moved to Winnipeg in 1968. John was employed with Robinson Little until 1985. In 1983, he and Clint established Video Stop where he worked until completely retiring in November 2001. For the past ten years our little piece of heaven on earth has been our cottage at Lundar Beach. It was so peaceful. John was such a proud grandpa to Charan and Reena and his latest treasure was Ares. In memory of John, Please open your heart to your loved ones.
