Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMIKE JAKYMEC Peacefully on Monday, May 26, 2003 Mike Jakymec, age 82 years, passed away at the St. Joseph Residence. Mike was born on December 20, 1920 in Western Ukraine, immigrating to Canada, and eventually settling in Winnipeg. He was a member of St. Andrews Ukrainian Catholic Church, and Legion 141. He was employed with School Division No. 1. He is survived by his dear friend and life-long companion Hilde Holubowich, and Carlos, numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Prayers will be said on Thursday, May 29 at 6:00 p.m. at St. Andrews Ukrainian Catholic Church. Divine Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, May 30 at 10:30 a.m. also at the church. Rev. Mitrat J. Holowaty officiating. Interment All Saints Cemetery. A very heartfelt thanks to Glenn and Mary Sveinson for all their care and support.
