CARLOTTA MARY KRENKEWICH
Date of Passing: May 24, 2003
Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryCARLOTTA MARY KRENKEWICH Mom left us on May 24, 2003. She will be greatly missed by her daughters, Gale (Mohamed) and Linda (Abdul) as well as her grandchildren, Jessica, Mohammed, Abduallah, Safiya, Iman and Bashir; and many family and friends. Mom came from a very talented family, from sculptors to actors, giving her a gift that very few have. She was a very talented and humble artist who shared her work with all whom she cared for. She had a love for the outdoors, spending many hours in her garden in the summer and taking walks in the winter with her dog. She loved spending time with her friends and family, often having lunches with Helen Brennen who will greatly miss her. Mom taught us the value of humour, often helping her family through rough times with her unique perspective. We will all miss Mom and her help as a mother and friend. She was loved and treasured by all who knew her. There is void that cannot be filled now that she is gone. We would like to thank the Janz family, Les and Josh and their family, Mrs. Soorsma, Auntie Helen, Doreen Moore as well as the Winnipeg Police and Fire departments, Hedie Epp and all those who helped us through this time (her many friends and family that are too numerous to mention). Cremation has taken place and interment will be made in Brookside Cemetery on Monday, June 2 at 10:00 a.m. A lunch in her honour will be held at Kent Restaurant, 18 Kent Rd., East Kildonan, 2:00 p.m. Saturday, May 31. In lieu of flowers please make a donation to ones favourite charity. THOMSON Funeral Chapels - 669 Broadway - 783-7211
