MURIEL EDNA DUTKA (nee LITTLE) September 16, 1920 - May 30, 2003 It is with sadness that the children of Muriel Dutka announce her sudden but peaceful passing on May 30, 2003 at her home in Selkirk, MB. Muriel was predeceased by her mother Alma, father James, husband Paul, brothers, Gordon, Mel, Jackie and Alan; and a sister Helen. She leaves to mourn her daughters, Maureen (Bill) and Barb; son Marshall (Karen) granddaughters, Lesley Dawn (Kurt), Kristin, Robyn, Lyndsay and Kelsey; great-grandchildren, Alyssa and Kael; her sister Dorothy (Joe) and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. She will also be missed by all her friends at the Red River Manor whom she enjoyed many nights of bingo with. Muriel spent many years employed as a cook in Selkirk, working at the many restaurants. She will be fondly remembered by the many friends who enjoyed her home cooked meals and especially those who sampled her homemade pies. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 4 at 2:00 p.m. in the Gilbart Funeral Chapel, Selkirk. Mom, grandma and great-grandmother, you will forever remain in our hearts.
